Illustration

Do you have a written message that you would like to make more visually appealing?  Do you have a blank space that says nothing about the people who use it?  Do you have a community who would like to collaborate in the enhancement of their environment?

Illustrations break text into manageable chunks and help engage readers with more visual learning styles.  Appropriate decoration gives spaces a sense of identity and creates a link between the past, present, and future.  Involving the community in the creative process helps develop a sense of pride and ownership.

I have illustrated books, created murals in community centres, and painted backdrops for community performances.  My training as a fine artist gives me a firm foundation in the execution of the work.  I am passionate about involving people in the development of ideas and the realisation of projects.
Please see below for a selection of illustrations and collaborations.
